As many guests call us by name and mention us in reviews, you might be asking just that question. We’ve been running Albergo Romagna with passion and enthusiasm since 1994.
Claudio
I’m the chef and personally responsible for your dinners and breakfasts here at Albergo Romagna. I’ll always keep an eye out for you, your tastes, and any food intolerances. Rediscover flavours from days gone by and really feel at home.
Fabio
I manage relations with companies and have significant experience in Italy and abroad in the field of gastronomy. Today I’m responsible for several areas of the hotel and can speak English and German to help you throughout your stay. In addition, throughout the summer I prepare our artisan gelato.

Our rooms
The Albergo Romagna has 14 rooms over two floors. Our rooms are simple but have everything you need and are designed to give you the best possible experience for your business trips.

Room types and features:
- We have double, triple and quadruple rooms, some in a more modern style, and others more traditional
- Rooms on the first floor have balconies
- All rooms have private bathrooms, telephone, Samsung 22, 26 or 32” LCD TV with built-in digital channels, free Wi-Fi access and independently-controlled air conditioning
- Our beds have slatted frames and orthopaedic mattresses
- Our rooms are cleaned to a very high standard
- Rooms are all non-smoking (although there is plenty of outdoor space on the veranda)
- You can watch events on Sky on our beautiful veranda, in our restaurant and in the communal areas
- Stay up as late as you like: we’ll give you an access code for when you return at night

With great passion, and in a family atmosphere, Claudio personally takes care of our food and aims to take every dietary requirement into account.
Previously open to the public when it was a popular restaurant, Ristorantino Nadiani is today reserved exclusively for guests of the hotel but maintains its longstanding tradition for food and wine.
B&B or half board? Our most convenient deals
You can choose to stay on a bed & breakfast basis or book half board (dinner included in the price).
If you stay half board, you’ll be able to choose from three first courses, three mains and two side dishes on the menu (water, wine and coffee included).
Our cuisine follows the finest romagnola traditions and we’re always happy, on request, to accommodate menu variations or food intolerances.
The Gelateria
Savour the sweet sensation of relaxation
The legendary Gelateria Nadiani at Fratta Terme is well-known to those who love great artisanal gelato – it’s made by Fabio personally and without processed bases.
During the summer months, it’s even nicer tasting it outside, on our veranda with tables, surrounded by greenery and climbing plants. It’s a little corner dedicated to refreshment and relaxation – a place to enjoy all the pleasure of some time out.
The cafe bar
Bar Nadiani is where the village meets up. This is where you’ll find people watching games in the evening and the place for a chat with old and new friends.
On the basement floor we even have a room with facilities for musical evenings or cabaret shows!

We’re located in Via Loreta 110, looking out over Fratta Terme piazza, around 50 metres from the thermal spa facilities.
